Two fees apply to online dues, both shown up front and never hidden: Stripe’s processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ card, lower for bank transfer) and GnomeOwner’s 0.75% platform fee, capped at $5 per payment. Bank transfer is always free to your residents; if your board accepts cards, the HOA covers that cost — card-network rules don’t allow passing it to residents. We never hold your funds — dues go straight to your HOA’s account.
